the ports are mini display ports so you will need a converter to HDMI. Unknown on the touchscreen but I would think it does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your are screen extending to appear only on the monitor then yes you can touch the tablet and it will respond on the monitor. But in that case the tablet screen goes dark so you can't see where you are touching. You can mirror to image to a monitor then you would be able to still see what you are touching but I believe you wouldn't be able to have a second monitor what wasn't mirrored. I could be wrong though.
