• Hi, I didn't have that problem with my first gen Duo, but the Duo 2 has the same type material, whiter in color, except for the power button, it's a little glossy like glass since it's the fingerprint reader also. Hope that helps!

• The frame of the Surface Duo 2 is Aluminum. The inner and outer panels are gorilla glass. If you use the bumpers you can protect the sides and preserve them from getting dirty.
