Its just same as Surface Pro but smaller, you can install any app you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Differences are the Pro has a higher screen resolution, I5 or I7 chips and doesn't stop at 128GB of storage. Battery life is also way better, but way short of what's advertised. Thats the same with all Surface devices, though.

Please try again later.To answer some of your questions, the Surface Go is a less powerful version of the Pro, however it can still use the same softwares and programs as you would use on a typical desktop. The purpose of a "Pro" device was the intention to help workers in the graphic design/photoshop/animation field because they require rendering and rendering takes a lot of power. I own the GO 8G 128 model and I'm able to run iTunes, Microsoft office, and even SOME video games. If you're the type that needs to get some paperwork done or don't mind reading on the side then maybe you might want to give this a shot. Hope this helps.
