As a general rule of thumb if you are looking to design or avidly play video games on your laptop, you'll want to find a computer with a Dedicated Graphics card, such as the Nvidia GEFORCE RTX. The Razer Advanced and the Asus ROG are relatively popular amongst gamers and people who need power. If you do get a surface, opt for the best specifications available.
