Q: QuestionOk perhaps a stupid question. I've had a surface laptop (13.3) for years and love it. Here the screen resolution is listed as 2256 x 1504 (full HD). If you hook it up to an outside monitor, say, capable of 4k or UHD, might you get higher resolution?

• A:Answer Correct, it does NOT have an HDMI port. A docking station will have to be utilized for an HDMI or any additional port necessary. Only comes available with two USB ports (1- type A and 1- type C). Suggest the “J5create USBC-type C Triple Display Docking Station” (Model JCD543), currently valued at $100. This would be the best and most economical method for use of an HDMI port.
