"Size" has nothing to do with it; it's the hardware requirements that count. You can get it by going to the MS website and searching "upgrade to Windows 11," or you can wait for it to be offered like any other periodic update, If you are unsure whether the specific PC you are interested in can be upgraded, both procedures outlined above will produce a response from Microsoft whereby MS will check your computer for acceptable parameters, and will even tell you if some upgrades will allow for the upgrade if your PC is not immediately compatible.
