Based on the system requirements for running the Sims 3 game, this Microsoft - Surface Go Touch-screen laptop does not support it since it requires having a dedicated graphics card installed and this device only comes with integrated processor graphics, so, you might want to choose a different system built-in with a dedicated video card.
