Does this work with Microsoft Pro 6? null

Yes, I can confirm that these do work with the Surface Pro 6. I have two of them running a dual-monitor setup on my Surface Pro 6. I had this same question and just took a chance that they would after finding an obscure reference to them being supported on the Microsoft website.
