• Hey Sonny. Thank you for your question. Surface Pro is a laptop in tablet form. It runs the full desktop version of Windows 8 Pro and thus supports software compatible with Windows 8. • I don't believe Visual Basic will be able to install, but SQL Server *may* work. I wouldn't suggest it, though.
