• You can order the Surface Pro 2 256GB with the i5 4300U processor and 8GB of RAM from BB now. It is available online not in stores yet.

• I bought this item in December and it shipped with the stealth upgrade to the 4300 CPU. My guess is that all of those now shipping will come with the latest processor.
