Q: QuestionWhy is it that when you go to buy the Surface Pro 4 at Best Buy that was on sale for 599 but the store didn't have any and there was Zero available within a 250-mile radius? I was very disappointed!

• A:Answer Found similar problem, but did find three in a store 25 miles away. Store was a low volume Best Buy. Best Buy used this as a come on as there are/were very few available at this price. Notice that it was an "in store only" special. Good news: it's a great price; bad news: very limited numbers. Purplepride=HC?

• A:Answer That would depend on how much you are going to use this and how tough you are on it. I do not use a case and have no need for one. The keyboard when shut works like a nice protector. Additionally I leave mine loose in my bag that is just thin leather.
