• I added RAM up to 16gb and have no issues editing in Coral photoshop and other photo programs. I store in the cloud or on external SSD.

• The surface pro comes in many varieties, if you are going to be doing some heavy editing and such, then the highest processor is what you are going to want. These do not have discrete graphics, so you will be using the processor to render graphics data as well, so again the highest processor is what will help you the most.
