Does it run Windows 10? null

It comes with Windows 10 home which can be upgraded to pro if needed.

As noted in Specifications--Key Specs-->Operating System (it's called reading), it comes with Windows 10. However, if you want to do any serious computing (or, God help you, gaming), instead of just check email, zoom, browse the internet, etc. it is strongly recommended that you upgrade to at least 8GB. Also, if you are not self-employed and have access to your company's tech support, you should ask them about their experience with the Surface line as a whole. Most IT people I know (including myself) have little good to say about the format.
