Yes, it is possible. I used PCmover when I upgraded from a Surface Pro 3 and the only thing that didn't transfer was my pinned jump lists (aka "recently used"). The price was very reasonable, especially considering the time and frustration saved. And their customer service when I had a problem with the original download was fantastic.

Please try again later.No. Windows-based computer specifically don't want you to transfer everything (like IOS devices do) because it's very likely that some of the software won't be compatible with the current version of Windows. If you store your data on OneDrive (both for business or personal), all of your data will come down to the new device when you log in with your credentials. I find this is a good time to clean up my new computer. Only install the software programs that you're actually using, rather than all the garbage that's on the old computer that you no longer use.
