• You would need an external CD/DVD/BluRay reader in order to burn CDs to a flash drive. You may also need a USB hub so you can connect the CD Reader and flash drive. So, yes you can.

• It does not come with a disk drive you have to purchase an external.

• I've not tried, but I would answer "YES". It does have one USB slot, so you would use that to connect, or you could use the optional HUB accessory, and connect via it. Now, if you do not have a HUB, and you use a mouse w/a connecting USB fob, then you would remove it, switch the mouse to bluetooth (and connect to the SP7), and then insert your USB Flash Drive into the now available USB Slot.
