You should be ok, and you have some options if you are using cloud storage like OneDrive. If you configure it properly, most of your storage can be in the cloud with reflinks to the file on your local disk. You can also pick and choose what folders/files will always reside on your drive, so it gives you a bit more flexibility. I used to go with the 1TB drive, for similar reasons, and with the new line of units - 256 has seemed fine. You also can add 1TB of storage using the MicroSD slot as well. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was concerned too, but haven't run into any issues yet, and you can inset a microSD for extra storage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With all that installed, you would have about 60-70% left of storage, so plenty of space. You can always expand the storage by adding a SD card as there is a slot for that behind the kick-stand. Look up, how to add SD card to internal storage for Windows, or simply upgrade to the 512GB model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No need to be concerned. There is plenty of storage space. My recommendation is to use the available SD Memory Card slot on the lower back of the SP7. I currently use my SP7 i7 with a 256GB SD Card for expanded HD Memory. I use the onboard SSD memory for program installs and the Backup SD Card as an extended memory for Saved Work from those respective installed programs, and photos, and music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With jump drives I have no issues. Yes its something else you have to carry with you but more than enough space. It also has a microsd card slot on the bottom right of the device and currently I have a 200gb sd card in it now and it works perfect. Hope this helps
