Q: QuestionDoes this keyboard need to be charged?

• A:Answer It's powered by its small connection to the Surface/pad. There is no need for a separate charger. It's not Bluetooth so it will only work when snapped to the Surface/pad

Q: QuestionI bought this cover, i was told it was going to work on my surface pro 2, and it has not. Then i went to Microsoft chat support and there telling me it will not work now. It will only work with 5,6,7. I just want to know will it work or no.
