Is it hard to set up for dummy w/computers null

No more difficult than any other new computer. Physically, there's not much to do other than plug in the power and connect the optional keyboard. The Windows 10 setup is the same as you would find on any system. Most external devices are attached through wifi or bluetooth, which would be the same for any other laptop device.

No, it's pretty straight forward. But I would check out a YouTube YouTube YouTube how to navigate because there's a tablet mode and windows mode.
