• The version I bought was the full retail version of Windows 10 Home 64 bit. Just ask a blue shirt at the store or ask on chat. If you ask on chat, highlight entire conversation and save to a file, like word or google docs, so you have back up proof.

• OEM is for System Builders version of Windows 10 for Venders building many PCs such as Dell or HP at a discount which requires a special license through Microsoft. If you are using it at home for a personal computer or laptop this is the product you want. It is Windows 10 Home Version.
