OEM "versions" are those installed on a "manufactured" (Dell, Lenovo, etc) system--------including tablets and laptops. The 'retail" version is for those of us who already have a working computer and are upgrading the O/S-- or who are knowledgeable (read "big ego") enough to think (or know) we can build our own "MONSTER MACHINE"!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The version of Windows 10 supplied by Best Buy was the full version, with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions available. I installed the 64-bit version. The media was a thumb drive, so the target PC needs to be able to boot from a USB port, if you making a clean install.
