• Good questions. The version I purchased at Best Buy is a USB thumb drive (flash drive). No discs. Both 32 and 64 bit versions included and it is a full retail version, not a bare-bones OEM version.

• The media supplied to me by Best Buy was a USB thumb drive. (The box was too small to contain an disc, anyway). It is a full install with a full user license, not a bare-bones OEM version, and you can choose 32-bit or 64-bit at the time of install. Hope this helps.
