A:AnswerEither enter BIOS SETUP to select the Windows 10 USB or similar as your first boot drive and save the setting changes on exit and restart with the drive plugged in to the USB port
(Entering BIOS Setup is usually accomplished by hitting F1, F2, or Delete Key at splash screen on boot up. Depends on manufacturer which key.)
OR
Hit the F12 Key at your boot up and choose your device from the list given.
Windows 10 installation is pretty clear after that.
Along with the USB Drive in the box, there's a Key Card in a sleeve too. You need this to enter when asked during Windows 10 setup.
You should have an internet connection ready (and info ready) and also have an email and password ready to sign up for a Microsoft account, if you don't have one already. You can skip this until later.
After Win10 is installed and you have an internet connection Activate windows 10, go to settings, and find "windows update", look for Activation on the left side. Then go to Windows Update on the right and start downloading your updates till you have version 1909 installed. If you have a driver disc for your system install the drivers. Windows update may find them for you.
Win10 has some protection with it, but if you have it, install a security suite. Virus protection and Firewall, etc..
Hope this helps you....
A:AnswerThe product key is on the back of the card which is in the flap on the inner box holding the USB. Remove the card and look on the back of the card.
A:AnswerMine was a flash drive and you had the choice to upgrade what you had and keep your info and files, or to hit f9 REPEATIDLY AT START UP AND IT TAKES YOU TO A BOOT MENU. select boot from flash drive( or USB) and do a full clean install and it wipes everything clean and installs 10 and gets its updates and reboots about 5 times then its ready to rock and put your stuff back in where you want. so save your stuff to a portable hard drive first before you do it.
Clean install is the way to go so you dont run into unexpected errors later down the road.
A:AnswerThe setup process from the USB will take you through the necessary steps to install Windows 10 to your PC. If yours is a new system (blank or does not have a previous version of Windows applied) choose the option for a "Custom" install.
A:AnswerChances are, yes. BSOD is typically caused by an error in the software (e.g. a system file got corrupted due to a sudden loss of power to the pc), and installing Windows fresh will reinstall all of those system and driver files. You might need to reformat/wipe your hard drive it if doesn't have enough free space, but if it does, it puts everything already on the hard drive into a windows.old file after Windows is finished reinstalling, letting your easily recover all of your old files, pictures, etc you need before deleting everything else.
A:AnswerYes. You can even read more about the process on our help page here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4503798/how-to-install-windows-10-on-mac

A:AnswerYes I had Best buy upgrade my windows 7 to a 10 window. Works great. They were very helpful in getting me started on windows 10. I can get a 20 min.learning time when I schedule it online.
A:AnswerI'm currently using Microsoft office professional plus 2010 on Windows 10 Home. I upgraded to 10 by accident and lost all my apps. I contacted support and someone logged to my computer and got them back. I even got Windows Media Player back. Don't know if you can make a backup office, but you can at least copy/paste all the files you created.
