Q: QuestionI am currently on a Lenovo Think Pad laptop 64 bit running Windows 7 Pro and MS Office 2013. Will an upgrade to MS 10 Pro be able to continue MS office 2013 without issues, or will I need to also upgrade to MS Office 2016 or later?

• A:Answer I would say that no matter what the operating system you can always use your Microsoft office version. I was using 07 on XP on Windows 10 Windows 7 and it all worked just fine. That is in my experience anyway. Dennis

• A:Answer That sounds like a bios issue oh, you would have to go into your bios free boot up and make sure that your boot selection is correct. and otherwise make sure your computer is booting from the appropriate hard drive that has the Windows 10 home on it. You may have to play around with it but it's in the boot menu of your bios and to get into your bios you would best delete or F1 depending on what your computer tells you to during the initial boot up process. As soon as you turn the computer on stop pressing delete any will enter into your bios if you have trouble you would Google that to make sure you're selecting the appropriate boot device.

• A:Answer Yes, this is an OEM version of Windows 10 Pro. It comes with no Microsoft support of product (meaning you can't call them and get phone support). It also means you may not be able to install as an upgrade to an existing hard-drive/computer without doing a clean install (which will wipe all your data).

• A:Answer Using Media Creator on a flash drive will automatically detect the old Windows 7 or 8 key on your computer and install the same version. Exg., if you had W-7 Pro, W-10 Pro will install. I did it and it worked flawlessly. If you do not have an old authorized version of Windows on your computer, Media Creator will need a key and you can only use a key on one machine now. You can try it but if it doesn't work you may need to wipe the drive and buy the program.

• A:Answer This does have the ability to upgrade from a previous version of Windows and keep all your existing files and folders, but if you already have Windows installed, this probably isn't the version of the Windows license you want to buy. There is another "Upgrade" version of Windows 10 that is the same exact product, but because it's an upgrade it costs substantially less (typically around $99, I believe). This is a more expensive license designed for brand new PC builds that have never been licensed for a previous version of Windows before.
