QuestionIf I have a standard laptop(not gaming) running Windows 10, can I use the Xbox Windows 10 wireless controller? Can the laptop use the wired controller as well, or only the wireless? Your description says PC; want to make sure PC includes laptops.

- Answer Yes, laptops running Windows 10 are also supported. The controller may also be connected using a standard micro USB-to-standard USB cable.

QuestionHow do you connect the controller to charge?

- Answer This uses standard AA batteries unfortunately that means no charging. If you want that you need the play and charge kit which you can then charge via a micro usb cable but I opted for some standard rechargeable AA's like something from Duracell or Energizer

- Answer They are the newer model with the smaller adapter. I bought one for my wife and ended up buying her a second one just so I could get the smaller adapter for myself (I had the older, bigger adapter)

- Answer No. It does not use Bluetooth to communicate. It uses it's own protocol (which is why there is a need for a dongle).

- Answer My PC doesn't have built in bluetooth. I've been using a USB dongle to connect before. I think the wireless adapter works really well compared to connections I had before.
