I use it for my pc and i signed into my Xbox account on my friends Xbox so he could have access to all of the Xbox console games I’ve purchased.

You donot need an actual Xbox to use this, you can access it via Cell phone app ( you might have to use a backbone style controller or you can also acess it with a windows computer, but you do need to have some sort of controller to use it the right way.
