“Does the 2k19 Xbox One bundle come with 2k19 already installed or will I have to install it myself? I only ask because I know the game installation process is very slow and can take like 5 hours to download a game.”

It comes with a code that allows you to download the game and install it. The install time varies but for me it was 5-10 minutes . Guess it depends on your internet speed.

My son seemed to be playing some portions of the game within about 25 minutes. I imagine downloads depend on your internet speed and how many other devices are being used at the time combined with how busy the servers are.
