- Answer Yup, Xbox One S has an ethernet port for wired internet connections. A wired connection is recommended over WiFi because it tends to be more stable and faster.

- Answer Everything can be transferred to Xbox one. Some 360 games are not backwards compatible. If you bought them you own them and can put them on the Xbox one if they are compatible.

- Answer Xbox One S is designed for displays with HDMI inputs. While it may be possible to use an AV to HDMI converter to connect it to a CRT television with composite AV cables, the resulting audio and video performance will be poor and not an experience we recommend.

- Answer Yes. My son’s Xbox One stopped working, I surprised him with the Xbox S. My other son has the Xbox X. Having the opportunity of seeing both In action there really wasn’t any difference that I’ve seen. My opinion the only difference is the price. I hope this helps. Lanita

- Answer Depends on game. Up to two on one system from games I’ve played don’t think any of the games out allow more than that on one screen. Other than that you can link however many controllers to the system. I’ve had four linked to my system at one time.

QuestionWe tried several headsets with the headphone jack on Xbox One S, but could not get one to work. I assume it is a bad controller. Can we just return the controller for a new one, or do we need to return the whole thing? Such a frustrating experience.

- Answer It's the jack in the controllers, with these new jacks it makes it a pain.. Your better off going wireless, have had issues with the Jack's in the controller

You can view various games available for purchase or to play via game pass. I recommend parents play the games their children intend to download to really understand whether its age appropriate or not.
