• There is not a difference between models of the Xbox One S. However, there are different consoles such as, The Xbox One, and Xbox One X.

• To begin, there are 3 different Xbox's. Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. They all run the same software and can play the same games. However, the Xbox One S and the Xbox One X have 4K ability for both games and movies. But the Xbox One X is much much more powerful and can do everything that the Xbox One and the Xbox One S can do, plus more. If you currently own a Xbox One, I would advise going against the Xbox One S and recommend the Xbox One X instead because it is more of a upgrade.

• This unit is part of the Black Friday sale, so it will be released at 5PM on 11/23/17. Since the advertisement doesn't specify "In-store Only", it should be available online.

• It will be available when doors open on thanksgiving. There is no difference between this console and previous Xbox One S consoles.
