Xbox one X is unavailable for preorder until receiving FCC approval for the device. There is no current timeframe of when that will be completed.

Link is active now as of 9/20.... Not sure how long it will stay active...

The Xbox One X received FCC approval in July. Microsoft is supposed to announce when pre-orders start at GamesCom 2017. Later this month.
