Please try again later.Yes you can Microsoft removed the "always online" feature back when the original xbox one came out the public and media bash them for it.... there is a update the moment you unbox it and there are 4k patches happening for many games as we speak... so i can't speak oh how well the games will play.... my assumptions tell me that it would play games in standard settings unless the patch from the game was added to the console before was shipped which would me months ago which means most patches are probably in the update so it would play in frame rate and resolution.. meaning if you have a 4k tv the xbox would super sample it into 4k res but its not the same as 4k content same as when we upscaled 1080dvd in 4k its a conversions if you dont have a 4k tv then it would upscale things as explained in the press conferences
