• They place a hold on the card for the amount then remove it later. It is then reapplied when the console is in preparation and then finalized shortly after.

• Best Buy always does that! There must be a reason because otherwise, that is illegal! I would contact customer service to find out!

• BB charges full price on the date of the pre-order. This is not gs where you put money down as a reservation for the console, you actually buy it on the spot guaranteeing that you actually HAVE the console. BB has always done this and it is not illegal like some people think.
