• They tend to ship them a week ahead of time, timed to arrive on launch day..... Occasionally I will get preorders a day early, but I would careful trying to login with it much earlier than that (Microsoft will usually allow a day early, but if you try logging on too soon, you might get banned so tread carefully). With preorders from Best Buy, I get things everywhere from a day early to two days late (usually UPS's fault for that).

• You probably will be disappointed if 11-7 is a must. I bet you will see it later. The Scorpios went in 2 hours, there is serious demand for this rig.
