• Yes. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/apps/watch-bluray-dvd-movies If you scroll down near the bottom it lists 3D support.

• YES, actually me and my wife watch 3D movies all the time playing them through our Xbox One S (LOOKS AMAZING), also plays 4k movies aswel. The Xbox One X uses the same BluRay coding APP as the One S, so YES YES YES you can watch all the 3D Blurays you like. Obviously just make sure your TV is a 3D TV and your all set.
