• Yes, its all linked to ur account. :] just sign in to new Xbox and download them....OR if u have a external hard drive it makes it easier for u. So yes.

• Yes you can. I used an external hard drive with my Xbox one to my Xbox one S. But there is also network transfer. I have not tried this but I was told it’s a lot slower.
