I had a friend get the same email, he tried calling and got no answer. He drove to the Best Buy to raise heck and his was sitting there. Apparently the system became glitchy and sent a lot of these out. Not sure if that was your case or not, but hopefully it gets or got resolved for you. (This was in the Washington, DC area for reference)
