• The digital code is sent to you through email. If you did not get the email call Best Buy and they will direct you to the customer support so they can email you the digital code.

• Check your receipt and/or email for the digital code. I have received codes from Best Buy both ways. PS: also check your My BestBuy account if you have one.

• Could be on the receipt, not sure if Best Buy does it that way but GameStop has been known to do that.
