Hi. Mine was the same way. The box seal was cut but the slip cover seal was not. There is no code for the game. It's Digital Direct which means you claim it during the setup process. I highly doubt someone at the Best Buy warehouse opened it & resealed it. They have camera's there. The box was sealed, Microsoft cut it to add the Xbox Game Pass code then added a slip cover & sealed it. This is how they do it. Google, "Xbox One X double sealed" & " Xbox One X seals cut.
