“Loaded Battlefield V onto my Xbox. My husband started playing the game and had no problems. However, when I created a profile and started to play the game under my account , the game got stuck early on. My character would not move. Any suggestions?”

Try restarting the Xbox or close the game and re-open the game that should work. If not then just sign out of your account and sign back in and try again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to xbox and restart your system, dont just power off/on. This is a reboot of the xbox where power off/on is not. If you do it correctly you should see xbox green screen for a couple then back to home screen, now retry your game if it still happens the create a new character, will be all you can probably do.
