“Multiple websites list this as a Black Friday special with 2 controllers. I have early access to the Black Friday (Elite Plus member) but I can’t find it there. Are the websites wrong? If they are correct, when will this be ready to buy?”

It does come with an extra controller! I believe there is an option when purchasing online to add it. I had missed this step and was able to take it back to my local Best Buy where they reprocessed my purchase and gave me my extra controller.

They should be available online as well but not available to purchase online with in store pickup. If the price were to decrease for a door buster deal, Best Buy will refund the difference you paid if you bring the receipt to them within a certain amount of days too.

I guess the information on GameStop and other websites about this Black Friday special was incorrect. I don't have the bundle with me yet but I believe in what the picture showed on BestBuy website and what the specification says... There should only be one controller and not two. The current owners of the bundle should be able to answer you better. Hope this helps.
