No one really knows but Microsoft did stop pre sales for the time being. As for BEST BUY I chatted with them about it a couple days ago and they said Microsoft hasn’t told them the news about stopping pre sales for now. Like everyone has been saying customer service doesn’t know anything when it come to this item. Keep an eye out and best of luck to us on landing one in the near future.

I did ask Best Buy if that was going to affect them and agent said that they hadn’t heard that news about Microsoft. He also said they don’t know when this item will be out for pre sale. Customer service really doesn’t know to much in this item. Best of luck to us on landing one over the bots!
