I talked with customer service and they said online. But there are only certain stores per state that will be receiving them. Like there is only on store in a 50 mile radius of me that is getting it.

Today with a costumer service person “is it online or in store only for the halo infinite Xbox series x” and after she kept saying “it will be in stores” or “it’s updated to stores at 7:30am CST “ and a bunch of other replies that didn’t even make sense she finally said “yes it will be online but the ETA is not yet confirmed as it completely depends on the manufacturer” And that was like two hours ago. Sooo

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bestbuy customer service doesnt know much. I also called this morning and was told to wait for the online sale tomorrow. It was not true or maybe it is, but I am currently in line at a bestbuy store in southern california waiting for the xbox sale tomorrow morning at 8am. There are only a select bestbuy stores selling the console and they have limited numbers. Check matt swider twitter for info on the locations good luck.

But then I called Friday and the 2 dudes who were mean about it told me it was order online at midnight. I'm conflicted because I was gonna show up at midnight and see if they did the release then
