Honestly I have no idea, I spoke to several people with best buy customer service through live chat, and most say the same thing. It all depends when the manufacturer decides to allow third party stores know when to open their pre-orders. In other words, they don't even know when they'll be available to pre-order. Personally I'm just constantly checking the website through my computer and the app. Good luck,

We're working with manufacturer and as soon will get the inventory we will make it available for pre-order before release. That is copied and pasted from an online rep. They dont have the stock. They dont know when they will have the stock. They have literally 0 knowledge on this product. Release day is 12 days away. Still saying "coming soon". This is the actual definition of click bait for visitors.
