“Why can no one hear me in their headset but I can hear them? I have read he’s out to your company for assistance but have gotten the run around for a week and a half. I keep being told you are researching so I’m reaching out on all other platforms”

It can usually be caused by lack of connection within the controller audio jack or your headphone jack. Or you could probably be muted everytime.
