Q: QuestionI need to replace the battery compartment cover for a XBOX Series X controller. My grandson lost his cover, now the batteries fall out while he's playing his games. Right now he has them scotch taped in. Can I get a replacement cover???? Thanks

• A:Answer These Xbox controllers (and all name brand ones) do not come with batteries. They are not rechargeable without getting a separate rechargeable battery pack. Out of the box, your only options will be to use two double A batteries, or to used it wired. But when you do put batteries in it (a rechargeable pack or double a), they are removable.

Q: QuestionProduct description indicated it comes w/ 2 batteries, however when I recieved my contoller, the batteries were not included in the box! For this reason, I believe you sent me a used item as opposed to a new one. Please replace my device w/ a new item!
