- Answer These would most definitely be prefect for that purpose as they will play game audio through the headphones and allow you to turn the volume on your TV all the way down to zero.

- Answer Check the Xbox accessories in settings. Update if needed and you can adjust the mic sensitivity and how much of your own voice you hear.

- Answer I would say update the firmware and make sure the headset is not on your head but sitting motionless near the Xbox. After each firmware update power cycle your head set and reset you Xbox to help with pairing. Oh and anything beyond 20ft may be too far. The range on these are probably best at 18ft or less. I get break ups in sound if I'm beyond 20ft or through walls. I used these with my cell phone in the house too.

- Answer No, it has bluetooth so you can connect through that. I connect to my pc and xbox simultaneously and they work just fine.
