Thank you for your interest in our new Triflex Cordless Stick Vacuum. There is no extra hardwood floor tool available for the Triflex since it's not required. Included in the box is an extra-wide Electrobrush which cleans a larger surface area in less time without compromising on performance. It adapts automatically to every type of flooring, including hardwood, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Miele does offer a number of other optional accessories for the Triflex.

I can't tell whether it's due to the small plastic wheels or the plastic suction strip as the rear, but it catches small particles of dirt and then drags them across the floor creating large scratches. The manual even states 'the elctrobrush can be used for carpets, rugs and hard flooring which is not susceptible to scratching'. We've owned our HX1 for 3 weeks and I'm going to take it back to swap it for a Dyson, not happy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its not like there canister vacuums the main piece is good for all floor types. I use mine on hard wood and is fine. When it hits carpet hear the vacuum sense different floor and kicks in the rotating brush in attachment. Hope makes sense.
