• I bought a set in the store here. They are pretty small I wouldn't recommend them for any child that puts things in their mouth.

• Yes but hard to find. Probably for like 4 and up. Its tiny so could be a choke hazard for smaller kids.

• We found them at the store, open box. They are tiny, so I would not get it for a toddler. I don't remember the recommended age, but 100% sure it is not a safe toy for infant/toddlers.
