Do I have to pay $ 9.99 to get all 4 or pay 39.96? null

I ordered two and got duplicates

Each one is $9.99, so you would have to pay $39.96 for 4. Keep in mind that if you order it online, "styles may vary", and you don't get to choose which one you get. You could easily end up with duplicates.
