• Only if you're lucky enough to get a support person who they bothered to actually train in such matters. Also, be prepared for hour-long waits on hold.

• Yes you can upgrade your plan. You just pay the difference between the two plans. It will be at a prorated price. If you have any questions they gave a greate daw section at www.mintmobile.com.
