“Does anyone know if a shared Wi-if network (like on my college campus, used by many students at once) would still allow the projector to connect and function properly? Or is it only for use in homes?”

Hello, as long as you have a WiFi signal your projector should work. Bear in mind that the more people that are using the network the slower it may get. On a side note, the projector is amazing!
